01 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between karika11 ("we", "our", "platform") and you ("user", "member"). By using karika11's website, mobile version or any of its services, you fully agree to these terms.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. karika11 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have agreed to those changes. The latest terms will always be available on this page.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account or use services on karika11, the following conditions must be met:

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security purposes, karika11 may request identity verification at any time. Any one of the following documents may be required:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. All information is stored with the highest level of confidentiality.

3.3 Account Security

04 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on karika11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally instant, though bank transfers may take some time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following situations:

• Until identity verification is complete
• Until the wagering requirement for a bonus is met
• During investigation of suspected suspicious activity or fraud

4.3 Currency

All transactions on karika11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,000 and the total balance will be ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳42,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳20,000 and the total balance will be ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 10x (10 times) wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• karika11 reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend any promotion.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on karika11 are conducted fairly and transparently. We use software from established game developers to ensure a fair play policy. There is no way to artificially influence the outcome of any game.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account will be immediately closed:

• Using software, bots or automated tools to play games.

• Colluding or conspiring with other users to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error, karika11 reserves the right to cancel that round. In such cases, the funds for the relevant bets will be refunded.

07 VIP Program and Benefits

karika11 has three VIP levels, determined based on members' gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

You can advance to a higher VIP level through regular gaming activity. karika11 may change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

08 Responsible Gaming
